- Stationery: Must be returned within 10 days of purchase, unused, in the original packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing a photo of the defect/damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Opened or used stationery items
- E-books and digital downloads
3. Return Process

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
